Abdülkadir Keskinaslan

Abdulkadir Keskinaslan, MD, MBA, MPH is currently heading Market Access and External Affairs Function of Novartis in Turkey since May 2013; most recently was leading price implementation of Novartis products in Asia, Pacific, Middle East and Africa for five years. In addition to his operational role, he has been leading payer networking initiatives and founded an engagement platform, Future Trends Workshop series that helped Novartis position as the partner of choice for payers in Asia and Africa. In 2014, he brought this platform to Turkey. He has established and currently leading Health Economics and Health Policy Diploma Programs in the US within University of Washington, in Egypt within Arab Academia, in Indonesia within Universitas Indonesia and in Turkey within Hacettepe University. Currently, he is building Health Economics and Health Financing Master’s degree within Acıbadem University in Turkey. Previously, Abdulkadir was working as Senior Health Economics Manager for Novartis Global and prior to that for Pfizer Turkey, coordinating real life studies and modeling analysis and delivering value dossiers. Abdulkadir is a medical doctor with eight years of experience in primary care and in emergency medicine. He is resident in Family Medicine and holds an MBA from Yeditepe Istanbul, MPH from Harvard School of Public Health and currently appointed as affiliate Assistant Professor at School of Pharmacy, University of Washington.
