Craig Mackieson

Craig has over 15 years of Investment Banking and Corporate Finance experience across Corporate Advisory, Project and Structured Finance, Principal Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions and has worked on a geographically diverse range of transactions. Craig’s successful mandates include the arranging and underwriting of large infrastructure, power and utilities, renewables, energy and natural resource projects and his experience extends across multiple industries and all Project Finance sectors globally, gained in equity, debt and advisory functions. He has successfully financed over US$150Bn in projects. Over the years, Craig has worked at ANZ Investment Bank, Société Générale Corporate and Investment Bank and KPMG Corporate Finance. He has a Bachelor of Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments from the Financial Services Institute of Australia. He is a Fellow of FINSIA and is an AFSL Authorised Representative.
