Daryl Bouwkamp

Daryl Bouwkamp Sr. Director of International Business Development and Government Affairs for Vermeer Corporation Daryl has 25 years of International business experience with Vermeer and directs its Government relations, issue awareness and advocacy. From 1990-2006, Daryl developed and then led Vermeer’s sales, marketing and distribution development in Latin America and Asia Pacific. From 2006-2012, Daryl organized and served as Chairman of Vermeer China Ltd, Vermeer’s JV in Hong Kong and operations in Beijing. He assists Vermeer CEO and Chair of the Board, Mary Andringa, in her responsibilities as member of the President’s Export Council (PEC) and as Co-Chair of the B20/G20 SME & Entrepreneurship Task Force. Daryl is Vice Chair of the Iowa District Export Council, serves on the Greater Des Moines International Council and NAM Public Policy steering committees, the Iowa Advisory Council of USGLC, and serves on the boards of local area schools and church. Daryl is a graduate of Calvin College, Grand Rapids, MI, married, four children.
