Fagbohun Adigun Olanrewaju

Professor ‘Lanre Fagbohun, Ph.D, is a Professor with the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, and a partner with RouQ & Company, Legal Advisory Services. His practice, research writing and teaching has in the last 26 years focused on Corporate and M&A, Financial Services Regulation and Environment and Regulatory Law. At different times, he has served as Consultant and Task Leader for corporate bodies and public institutions within Nigeria, multinational clients, the European Commission and international law firms. He has also served as expert witness in trans-border transactions. He is a regular speaker at programmes organized by the International Bar Association and the Association of Commonwealth Lawyers. He is a national consultant to the Federal Government of Nigeria on biodiversity in the Niger Delta, and a member of the Presidential Task Force on Climate Change Justice and Human Rights of the International Bar Association.
