Göktekin Esat Dinçerler

Göktekin started his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Texas Office in 1994. He later transferred to Istanbul Office where he concluded his ten-year consulting career as a partner. After McKinsey Göktekin joined Avea (Aycell-Aria) as Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for sales, marketing and customer care operations. During his three-year executive tenure at Avea, he managed the merger and oversaw the revenue and profit growth that firmly established Avea as a competitive player in the market. In 2006 Göktekin joined Turkven Private Equity where he serves as a Director and actively participates at several portfolio company boards. As current Chairman of TOBB Venture Capital Sector Assembly and Vice President of TOBB Young Entrepreneurs Council, Göktekin is an active contributor to sectorial activities. Göktekin has a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University in Ankara that is followed by an M.S.E.E. from Stanford University, California and an M.B.A. from University of Texas at Austin.
