Hasan Ersin Zeytin

Dr. Hasan Zeytin is a Director of Medical Investigations at Nobel İlaç San ve Tic A.Ş. He received his M.D. from Trakya University and Ph.D. from University of Kentucky. Before joining Nobel, he worked at National Cancer Institute of USA during which he designed new anticancer immunotherapy strategies and gene delivery systems. His current responsibilities are coordinating biotechnology and small molecules product developments activities for Nobel. He has been instrumental in licensing and development of the first biosimilar Epoetin launched in Turkey, Epoetin Zeta. He is also the project coordinator of the first Biosimilar Drug Development Government grant program (1007-KAMAG) that was started in 2014. He has an author of several publications, won several awards about his research and given several speeches in different international events about biosimilars, clinical trials and anticancer immunotherapies.
