Kelsey Nicole Shantz

Kelsey Shantz is a CIGI research associate with the Global Economy program. She holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs (Syracuse University), a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in International Studies from the University of Evansville. Her research at CIGI focuses on issues of the G-20, IMF, and the reform of the international financial architecture. Prior to joining CIGI, Kelsey was an Assistant Analyst at the Hague Centre for Strategic Studies, a Research Analyst at the Boulder Institute of Microfinance, and a scholar in the ATLANTIS Transatlantic Degree Programme.
