Mark Rinadovich Rakhmangulov

Mark Rakhmangulov is Deputy Director of the Global Governance Research Centre in the International Organisations Research Institute of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) in Moscow, Russia. He focuses his research on global governance and international development cooperation, particularly on the role and contribution of G7/8, G20, BRICS and other multilateral institutions. Mr. Rakhmangulov has participated in many research projects on global governance and development, supported by UNDP, Rossotrudnichestvo (Russian Cooperation Agency), DFID, Oxfam, European Commission and others. He is also engaged in business community and civil society activities on international institutions, serving as coordinator of the Business 20 Task Force on G20-B20 Dialogue Efficiency and participating in Civil 20 process in 2013 as well as Business 8 in 2014.
