Seda Gül Aysoy

Seda Gül Aysoy is the DOT Turkey Program Manager for the IBM Corporate Service Corps Program in Turkey and has 10 years of academic, non-profit and private sector experience. She studied at the University of Texas at Austin and has an MA degree in Russian, East European and Eurasian studies. She has a BA in political science and international relations from Bilgi University in Istanbul and is currently a Ph.D candidate in the political science and international relations department of Istanbul University.
