Sezai Hazır

Sezai Hazır is the President of Habitat and the Vice-Chair of TOBB Youth Entrepreneurship Board of Turkey. Sezai serves at Istanbul Development Council, entrepreneurship task force of the 10th National Development Plan of Turkey, as well as at PNB Turkey. Sezai has in depth experience in NGO management and social entrepreneurship; 18 years of field experience on community empowerment, grassroots development and working with disadvantaged groups; strong background in the field of local governance and developing institutional partnerships; extensive knowledge on socio-economic and cultural aspects of less developed regions of Turkey; and proven experience in working with major local stakeholders in 81 provinces such as municipalities, governorates, local chambers and prominent NGOs. Sezai holds a BA degree from Department of Map Engineering of Yıldız Technical University.
