Sezen Güngör

She holds a BA degree in Political Science and International Relations from Boğaziçi University and a MA degree in European Politics from Lund University, Sweden. She continues her PHD in European Union Politics and International Relations at Marmara University, focusing on human security and human trafficking policies of the EU. Güngör worked as international relations expert, grant project and grant programs coordinator and consultant at local administrations, state agencies, consultancy companies and non-governmental organizations. She was the Programme Coordinator of Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture Civil Society Dialogue Grant Scheme Programme and is currently the Projects and External Relations Coordinator of Women and Democracy Association. Güngör has been actively volunteering in national and European civil society and youth organizations. She is a founding member and member of the Board of Directors of Women and Democracy Association.
