Simone Romano

Simone Romano is researcher at IAI in the International Political Economy area and a PhD candidate in Macroeconomics at Rome Tre University. His main research interests lie in the field of international macroeconomics, focusing mainly on the analysis of economic policies’ effects. He holds a Master in Macroeconomic Policy and Financial Markets from Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (BGSE). Previously he graduated with a BA in Political Science and an MA in International Relations from Roma Tre University. During his academic career, he was a visiting student at Birkbeck College (University of London) and Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. He also worked as Programme Manager for Emergency UK in London.
