Stephen Paul Price-Thomas

Stephen Price-Thomas OBE is Oxfam International`s Deputy Campaigns and Advocacy Director, and is currently based in Hanoi, Vietnam. He is also a regular contributor on G20 issues to rabble.ca, Canada’s most popular online independent media news website. He previously held a range of positions with other NGOs in Europe, Asia and the Pacific, and with the World Bank in both Vietnam and the USA. Queen Elizabeth II appointed Steve an OBE in the 2011 New Year Honours list, for services to development in Vietnam. He holds a Masters degree with Distinction from the London School of Economics and a First Class Honours degree from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK.
