Yanling Zhang

Zhang Yanling Former Executive Vice President of Bank of China, Executive Director of ICC, Senior Fellow of Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies, Renmin University of China (RDCY) Madam Zhang is the Executive Director of ICC, the Vice-Chair of the ICC-China, the Director of LPRCNI (Law of the PRC on Negotiable Instruments), Research Center of CUPL (China University of Political science and Law), and Senior Fellow of Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies, Renmin University of China (RDCY). Madam Zhang joined the Bank of China head office in 1977. In October 2000, she was appointed the Executive Assistant President. From March 2002 to Dec. 2011, she was the Executive Vice President of Bank of China. During this time, she also held many positions concurrently, such as the Chairman, and then the Vice Chairman of BOC International Holdings LTD., the Chairman of BOC (UK) Limited, the Chairman of BOC Aviation Pte. Ltd, the Non-Executive Director of BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited and Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited.
